Delivery & returns
We pack every order by hand in Yorkshire and send it by Royal Mail.
UK delivery

Glass bottles are wrapped and packed in recyclable cardboard to protect them in the post.
Outside the UK
Online checkout is for UK addresses only at the moment. If you're elsewhere, send us an enquiry and we'll let you know if we can ship to you.
Returns
You can return unopened bottles with their seals intact within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Because our products are sealed for hygiene and safety, we can't accept returns of opened bottles unless they're faulty. Email us at [email protected] before sending anything back and we'll give you the return address.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives broken, leaking or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days with your order details and a photo if possible. We'll send a replacement or refund you, including delivery.
