Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from Yorkshire Silver Solution through yorkshiresilversolution.com. Please read them before you place an order. Last updated 22 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Yorkshire Silver Solution is a small business based in Yorkshire, United Kingdom, that makes and sells colloidal silver solution. You can contact us at [email protected] or through our contact page.

2. Our products

Our colloidal silver is sold as purified water containing silver. It is not a licensed medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We make no medical or health claims about it. You're responsible for deciding whether it's suitable for you. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication, ask a doctor or pharmacist first. Keep it out of reach of children.

Product images are illustrations. Bottles, labels and closures may vary slightly from what is shown.

3. Orders and prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. When you pay online, payment is taken by our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.

If you send an order enquiry instead of paying online, we'll reply with a total and a payment link. No contract exists until you've paid and we've confirmed the order.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses through online checkout. Delivery times are estimates. See Delivery & returns for details. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address you gave us.

5. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us within that time and return the goods within a further 14 days. Because our products are sealed for hygiene and safety, the right to cancel doesn't apply to a bottle once its seal has been broken. Unopened bottles with their seals intact can be returned for a full refund of the price and the standard delivery charge. You pay the cost of returning them unless they arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item.

6. Faulty or damaged items

If a bottle arrives broken, leaking or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo if you can. We'll replace it or refund you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for losses arising from use of the product contrary to the label or our storage guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
